      Introducing our new team members

We are very excited to introduce two new team members who have joined us in January this year.

Samantha Smeraglia is our Bid Administrator;  Sam is responsible for registering clients for newly released Tender (ITT) opportunities. Sam’s role involves working closely with the rest of the team to manage new opportunity registrations across a number of different buyer portals, Companies House research, updating the CRM System and Bid Library Management. The work is varied and requires a high attention to detail and commercial/ business knowledge.

Sam has a background in copy writing, web content and design, proofreading, SEO, marketing and e-learning software, with experience working for a variety of service, public sector and educational organisations. Sam’s spare time is devoted to the non-training of her spoilt Cockapoo, travel, Pilates, reading, films, family and friends.

Louise Ledsom is our Communications assistant; Louise’s role is to ensure all external communications for our existing and prospective clients are informative and up to date. By overseeing our website, marketing material and social media content, Louise keeps our clients abreast of the latest opportunities in their sectors, along with news about KCS and the services we offer to help businesses grow.

Prior to joining us, Louise worked in research and sales for Sky News before moving to Switzerland to work as communications manager for the telecoms provider Comfone.

When not working, Louise enjoys keeping fit. In recent years yoga has become a passion of hers, while running remains something she makes herself do! Skiing is a much-loved winter pursuit, as is travel – the more far-flung and exotic the better.
