A planned maintenance specialist within the Public Sector working for many of the UK’s largest Local Authorities and Housing Associations in the South East.

 

Offering a wide range of services, including repairs, planned maintenance, integrated asset management and compliance. They pride themselves on providing an added value service, focused on resident-led delivery and innovative solutions to ensure they are always delivering the best value for Clients.

 

As a young and flexible Organisation they are achieving positive outcomes for their clients, their residents and the communities they serve.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

Due to a lack of time to dedicate to Bid Writing, the Directors at our Client decided to contact us to discuss outsourcing the Bid Writing. Whilst we would still be working closely with the Directors. Our work would take out a large amount of time in the process to write and edit content, specific to each Tender Response.

Our experience and win rate within the Social Housing sector, meant we were a good fit for the role and were able to offer and add significant value to their Team.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

Following an initial period of onboarding and getting to know the Client, we helped streamline and organise the Bid Library. Our role was to lead Bid Kick Off Meetings, discuss input requirements from members of the Team and confirm graphics required from the in-house Marketing Team.

 

Bid & Tender Support drafted all content through our Bid Writing service and then jointly conducted Bid Reviews to ensure the content was specific, tailored and high scoring. Using the Evaluation Criteria to measure our work, our work led to significant wins across the South East for our Client in a very competitive market, dominated by large contractors.

 

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

Over the course of 2 years we have completed 17 tenders for Organisations including Thrive homes, Origin, London Borough of Islington and Clarion Housing. With a win rate of over 60% which, in this industry is extremely high, has secured sustainable long term growth for the Client with the average contract length being 3 – 5 years.
