Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Management time is limited with no dedicated resource for Bid work. The General Manager contacted us to organise a meeting where we could discuss their requirements and work out how best we can support. Another Tender Company had supported previously but worked out very expensive and were better at the graphic design and presentation of the bid documents, rather than the actual content which needed crafting for each Bid.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Having already won a number of large contracts and a template for responses the client had clear ideas of what they were looking for when they initially contacted us. After an initial meeting, when we listened to the client’s requirements and gave some input on areas where we could add more value, we set up a process to support them as and when tenders arrived from local authorities.
We support in all elements of the Bid including printing and arranging for couriers for the hard copy responses.
We have regular catch ups on initiatives to ensure our Bid content is up to date and relevant for the business today.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
Having worked with the client since 2015 we have secured a number of bids for them, completing around 2-3 per year. With a quieter period in 2017 as the Company restructured their Management and just focused on existing Contracts. They have regrouped and returned to our services to support them in a number of local authority Bids, all of which have been successful.
We are looking forward to continuing to develop our relationship and work together on successful bids.
