      A well established Catering business who are London’s leading provider of quality business & event catering to the corporate market, government bodies and learning & development institutions.  With innovative, delicious and stylishly presented menus that can be adapted to fulfil any situation.

       

      With strong values on sourcing the best local and freshest ingredient possible.  Central to their ethos is their environmental focus achieving 0% waste to landfill.

       

      Gold Star accredited catering kitchens in central London produce all the food and it is delivered in temperature controlled vans and with reliable drivers to ensure that the food arrives on time and in perfect condition.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      A large established business with a high turnover mainly from the Private sector, providing bespoke catering options to high profile clients, they had very little experience of the tender process for Public Sector contracts.

       

      Identifying that they did not have the necessary skills or experience to complete the public sector bids they found us through a Google Search and saw that we did have the experience required and offered the services to meet their needs.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      Following an initial face to face meeting to help us understand their business, we put in place a plan to complete their first bid, guiding them through the process.  The initial meeting was important to ensure we fully understood their values and culture as a business and then help them take what they do in practice and turn it into a winning Tender response.

      We supported them through the process of completing the SQ forms and ensuring they were compliant with the tender requirements.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

      We have supported them through two tender processes of which both were successful.

       

      We look forward to working with them more in 2019 and are hoping to help them further by signing them up to our Search Service as Catering contracts are an area we regularly see a number of opportunities in.
