Social Housing Repairs/Maintenance Provider delivering a wide range of Construction Related Services included Planned and Reactive Maintenance Work with an Average Contract Size £1-3 million up to £15-20 million Framework Agreements.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why they needed our help: 
Tender documents were landing on the desks of busy senior people in the organisation who had the ‘day job’ to get on with. This resulted in a lack of time spent on writing submissions which really get to grips with the detail required to score highly and come up with the innovative, cutting edge delivery which features highly in this competitive market space.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs: 
We provided a fully outsourced Bid Writing and Review Service for Tender Submissions. Working in close liaison with the Client Representative we were able to carefully plan and structure answers which were high scoring in very tight Character limits. By drawing out Key Win Themes and identifying the most important requirements of the end Client we helped our Client articulate in the Bid the high levels of Service Delivery they have delivered and were going to continue to deliver. Our Submission also captured the improvements and innovations which would be adopted to ensure the offering evolved and developed.
