Client Description: 
A large property maintenance company working throughout London, the Home Counties, South East and East of England. Formed less than 10 years ago, the Client has rapidly grown to deliver Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Air Conditioning Services and much more to larger Facility Management Companies and blue chip company contracts throughout the South East.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help? 
The Client found they did not have enough time or resource to commit to searching for new opportunities, the delayed or sporadic searching was resulting in valid good quality opportunities only being found after deadlines had passed. Automated opportunity notice emails were including unsuitable notices not of interest, or eliminating those that could be of interest due to limiting filter functions. Even when potentially suitable opportunities were found, there was no available resource to respond to them.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs 
Our Bid Search Service was recommended to filter through the details of opportunities and ensure that only the opportunities with the best fit and meeting key minimum criteria were forwarded to the Client, these opportunities were then supported through PQQ and Tender stage.

As the Client asked for support on multiple bids, the information and input required from them could be reduced on each project as we built an information library resource to avoid repeating workload on standard information requests.

Bid & Tender Support also attended tender meetings and briefings to ensure the whole tendering process from opportunity identification through to tender submission had minimal impact on the Clients internal resources.

 

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc 
Within a calendar month of joining the search service, Bid & Tender Support had found numerous opportunities open and suited to the Client resources and experience. The Client progressed through to the Second Stage on 1 Opportunity and we are awaiting the result of the other submitted opportunity. As well as continuing the Search Service and Tender Support work on other submissions.
