A well-established firm which carries out commercial, industrial and domestic work across London and the Home Counties, ranging from standard callout to substantial tendered/estimated work, fixed-rate contract and Framework Agreements.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

The Client was undertaking some big contracts for well-known properties and buildings within London, but on some new opportunities they were required to complete Tenders which they didn’t have the resource for in-house.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

We worked alongside an external Quantity Surveyor who was responsible for attending a Site Visit and completing the Pricing elements, whilst we coordinated writing the technical responses and method statements. Our work including reformatting and writing CVs, Case Studies and Method Statements. We have now also worked on a formal Accreditation Application for this Client with a considerable emphasis on meeting environmental and sustainability objectives and requirements and carry out monthly searches for suitable Tender Opportunities for this Client as part of our Bid Search Service.

 

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

With continued support through our Search Service this Client is now able to spot opportunities within the market early on, giving them plenty of time to assess their suitability for delivery and compile a submission which is high scoring on the quality element and competitive in the pricing.
