    An award-winning, independent nationwide recruitment agency specialising within the Public Sector across Care and Related Services.

    They specialise in the following sectors: – Business Administration and Management – Executive Search – Social Care – Healthcare – Engineering and Construction – Industrial, Manufacturing and Education.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    Prior to our involvement the Client had tendered for a number of opportunities but had found the whole process time consuming and disruptive to the internal team who all had day jobs to do which were not writing Tenders.


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

    We worked alongside the Client to establish a process for managing and writing Bids which meant we were able to complete and coordinate Tender responses on behalf of the Client. But it was still important that the Client was involved and able to provide input during the Content Planning and Bid Review Stages.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

    As a result of our work and relationship, the process for completing tenders has become less taxing internally on the Team and has allowed multiple Bids to be completed at the same time due to the efficiencies gained.
