    About This Project

    Sector: Property

    Size: 50 employees

    Client Description:

This client delivers projects safely and efficiently, often in occupied offices, which comes with unique challenges, yet gives their clients all the benefits of a new space without the cost or hassle of moving.

Specialising in Schools, Commercial Offices, Hotels and Public Buildings like Council Offices, Libraries and Museums, the business has a big reach. Working across the whole of the North East, it is poised for expansion into the West and further South.

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

After a flurry of great content production for their bid repertoire some time back, the passage of time had caused their bid library to become a little ‘tired’. Multiple use and the ‘re-purposing’ of the content over years resulted in a need for a fresh injection of creative thought.

The In-house Bid Team was also overwhelmed during peak times and the department needed to embrace best practice to maintain and improve their levels of bid success.

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

Following a detailed analysis of needs, we proposed a range of creative and innovative approaches to their bid response strategies. This involved a mix of bid writing support, identifying improvements and a practical ‘hands-on’ approach to coordinate multiple bids.

At peak bid volumes, ad-hoc writing services were provided to help level out workflow. Final bid reviews were also conducted to tie up all the loose ends.

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc.

Since we have been retained on an on-going basis, we have improved their win rate, and reduced pressure internally. “Our win rate has pushed higher and our overall work environment is much improved, with less stress for our employees”, the client reported.
