Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
After a flurry of great content production for their bid repertoire some time back, the passage of time had caused their bid library to become a little ‘tired’. Multiple use and the ‘re-purposing’ of the content over years resulted in a need for a fresh injection of creative thought.
The In-house Bid Team was also overwhelmed during peak times and the department needed to embrace best practice to maintain and improve their levels of bid success.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Following a detailed analysis of needs, we proposed a range of creative and innovative approaches to their bid response strategies. This involved a mix of bid writing support, identifying improvements and a practical ‘hands-on’ approach to coordinate multiple bids.
At peak bid volumes, ad-hoc writing services were provided to help level out workflow. Final bid reviews were also conducted to tie up all the loose ends.
