Client Description:

Our client is an established and experienced events coordinator and management company working primarily in a demanding, high-end sector.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

In order to secure a long term contract – it was necessary to complete a Tender response for the first time. Due to the size of contract the client required all applications for event management to be submitted as a formal tender.  Although they enjoyed a long term, successful history with this particular client, they needed to produce a bespoke, detailed document outlining every aspect of their proposal including compliance with health and safety, data protection and other regulatory requirements.

They did not have the manpower or skills to create such a comprehensive document in the space of time they had available. They turned to Bid and Tender Support to provide the expertise and advice required to navigate such an exercise.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

We met with the client to establish a plan of information to include within the response, relevant to their approach to delivering the contract.

We thoroughly evaluated the tender questions and proposed how various scenarios would be handled. From analysing the Client requirements we were able to work collaboratively with the Managing Director and create all the appropriate content for the bid through to final approval.

 

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

One of the key outcomes as the first Tender for this client was to align the company’s sales efforts and bid tendering process, to produce a high scoring, compliant and successful submission. In doing so, we created well-defined bid related content that can be re-purposed at short notice to reflect the demands of different tenders.
