    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    The management team and staff contingent are fully occupied in the strategic direction and operations of the business, which leaves little time or expertise internally for complete Tender Documentation adequately. The Managing Director previously led the tendering efforts and completed of all the written and compliance elements.

    It wasn’t just writing and submitting tenders that were time consuming. It took significant management time to sift through portal email notifications for new alerts, and this was considered to be unproductive use of key HR assets.


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

    Following an introduction through the Chamber of Commerce Network, we met with the Client to establish the areas they could and wanted to cover internally. Bid & Tender Support won multiple roles, including the management of the bid process, content writing and compliance checks. We also sifted and sorted through notifications via our Search Service to ensure only relevant opportunities made their way to the Client.

    Bids in the graphic design sector are always challenging, as they are so reliant on previous portfolios and creative input. This required us to have a very collaborative approach, working closely with the internal team to bring all our expertise and knowledge together into one compelling, succinct and winning bid response.
