      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      Our client approached us to obtain our services in documentation reviews; they had recently taken on a large project which required a substantial number of technical reports preparing and issuing to their end client over several months as each survey was completed. These documents covered IT specifications and requirements over many sites within the UK and as such, needed to ensure they were completely accurate. Checks needed to be made that the correct site was referenced throughout, no errors were present and the look and feel remained consistent.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      After an initial kick off video call to establish expectations and requirements and familiarising ourselves with their collaboration tools, we undertook the first batch of surveys. During this review we were able to identify a couple of areas where time spent could be reduced when the surveyors were preparing the draft documents. During the following weeks we honed the documents in conjunction with the client to be clear, concise and accessible, particularly in light of some of the more technical content.

        

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

      Over the next few months, we worked closely with their team to ensure delivery of the technical surveys were on time, accurate and relevant, reducing some of the pressure on existing staff who were also working on other projects. We have now been requested to work on a tender with them and look forward to many more successful collaborations.
