For a business at ease with complex data-sets, the tender process demanded by their clients were on another level of complexity. Given the demands on management time and ‘bandwidth’, they called Bid & Tender in to create a strategic framework to drive all future bids as well as the tactical ‘hands-on’ work to format and provide content for specific tenders.
