    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    Bid & Tender Support were contracted by this Client due to the time effective bid planning, bid research, bid writing and bid reviewing takes and knowing that they wanted their Sales Team to focus on talking to prospective Clients and attending meetings, not in the office battling through Tender Documents. We had known the organisation for some time and built up a relationship with them so we understood what they did and what their unique selling points were above their competition.


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

    After an initial meeting with the entire Sales Team to understand the business and their needs, we worked closely with the appointed internal Project Manager for a Housing Association Tender. There was a large amount of Technical Information to be included in the response as well as selling the solution and the Client’s advantages and added value.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

    The Client successfully got through to Interview on this opportunity, which is something they had struggled to do previously for Public Sector opportunities.

    We continue to work with them to carefully select the next suitable opportunity.
