Our Client is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a comprehensive service including Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying and Specialist Consultancy.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Having met earlier in 2019 with their Business Development Manager and one of the Partners, they made it clear that they had been through a number of tender processes and felt their approach and submissions required updating and improving in order to stay competitive in their market.
We shared some example quotes for tenders they had completed previously to give them an idea on what it would cost to work with us.
At that precise time they didn’t have a tender they were working on or one in the near future to look at but we agreed to stay in touch and should they require our support in the future we’d be here to help.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Fast forward to early 2020 and their Business Development Manager got in touch to confirm large Property Consultancy Framework has been released and it required an SSQ and ITT response to be completed and submitted at the same time. They felt this would be the perfect opportunity to bring us into and work alongside their Business Development Manager.
We held a Bid Kick Off call and agreed the elements of the SSQ and ITT we would lead on and complete and the elements the Business Development Manager would lead on.
We held some information gathering workshops with key Partners for delivery within the firm and gathered really good intelligence on added value in Case Studies delivered by the Client.
It was mentioned at the time that exercise alone proved extremely valuable from their point of view and was something they had never done as extensively previously. This will make a good addition to their Bid Library moving forwards.

We have successfully completed the SSQ and ITT submissions with the client uploading the final documentation with our support.
