      About This Project

      Sector: Vehicle body reconditioning

      Size: Small

      Client Description:

UK based vehicle body reconditioning company specialising in Paintless Dent Removal/Cold Metal Dent Repairs.

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

The client was currently offering the service of vehicle body reconditioning to a large car dealership.  The car dealership wanted to make the contract more formal and put it out to tender.

Our client was well placed to win the tender as they already offered fantastic practical solutions and as well as management of the services for the car dealership. The problem they faced was the lack of resource and knowledge on how to complete a tender as they had not completed one before.

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

We met with the client at their offices and discussed their requirements.  They had the practical knowledge and experience, our job was to get this down on paper in a professional and cohesive way.

We set out with a blank canvas, so the initial task was to make sure that we had all the key information from the clients such as accounts, organisational structure and policies.  The client was missing a number of policies, so we set about producing these for them as well.

We produced a tender document including all the information requested, as well as the missing policies and an organisational chart.

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

The client was successful in winning the tender and now they have the tools and documents to use in any further bids, including a tender document to use as a template going forward.
