    Client Description:

    A well-established organisation formed by a group of GP’s wanting to offer support and resources to out of hour GP services.


    They offer a comprehensive range of integrated urgent care services to ensure that the highest standards of care for patients are met in line with government standards.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?


    We were contacted by one of our Strategic Partners, who is a Bid Writing Consultant who required additional Bid Writing Resources to support this Client on a large Tender.  We had previously delivered training and bid writing services with them before.


    The End Client was looking for bid writing support as they lacked the time and resource to put such an extensive and complex bid together. 


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs


    We initially held a meeting with all the bid writing team to go through the document and work out who was best suited to work on each question and area.  Focusing on expertise we had and the information already gain from previous work the client had done, we established which areas we would need client input and information on.


    We held regular catch up calls and meetings to ensure we stayed on track and offer support to each other, including file sharing to allow full access to both businesses.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc


    Our Partnership worked really well and we successfully completed the work and handed it back to the client on time.


    We have gone on to work on a number of opportunities with this Strategic Partner including the ongoing development of our Bid Training Programme.


    The End Client was successful in securing an interview on this opportunity, final outcome to be confirmed. Contract not yet awarded.
