    Client Description: One of the UK’s largest installers of boilers and heating systems, completing over 10,000 installations every year offering services to both domestic and commercial settings.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    We were contacted by the client when they were looking to branch out from domestic residential work to large commercial and public sector contracts.  They did have internal resources but not a dedicated Bid Writer to so struggled to get through the volume of tenders they often faced at one time.


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

    Due to the size of the contracts they were looking at we set up a bespoke process that met everyone’s requirement, this including holding a kick off call/ meeting where we agreed the timeline and produced a tracker document for each Bid.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

    We worked on a number of bids with the client over a period of 6 months whilst they recruited for an internal bid writer, then provided a handover once the in house team member had been recruited.

    We achieved a win rate of 86% and the client had the tools to move forward knowing that they could always ask for support in the future if needed.
