Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
As a small privately-owned company they had little to no time to carry out the administration of completing a tender.
Aware they were missing out on contracts by not tendering they were recommended to us by another homecare provider who had also used us on a number of successful bids.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
Following on from the initial contact we put together a timetable for the tender for both us and the client to work to. We knew the client had limited time to spend on the tender so it was essential that they knew exactly what we needed from them upfront and what we’d do for them.
We collated a list of missing information for the initial bid in order to start up a bid library of content for future submissions.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc
To date, we have successfully submitted three tenders for this Client, they have been awarded two and are awaiting a decision on the third.
