    A long established family-run Contract Cleaning and Facilities Management Company, operating from offices in London and Milton Keynes.



    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?


    Our original work for this Client was under their previous name just covering Commercial Cleaning within large warehouses. Our brief was to support them in re-securing existing contracts where they were the incumbent but that had come up for tender.


    With large complex sites incorporating a lot of data on Warehousing requirements, our job was to ensure the final Proposal document was compliant as well as a pitch of how the Company could continue to deliver to the high standards the Client liked.



    Services Provided – Meeting their needs


    We worked with the Client over three Tenders into the Private Sector as well as subsequent Presentations when they secured places at interview.


    Following our initial work, on a rebrand and extension of the Companies offer they contacted us to see if we could support them in finding suitable Facilities Management Tender Opportunities across the South East. The Company subscribed to our Search Service and provided us with information on what opportunities they would be interested in.



    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc


    Our work resulted in them re-securing all three original contracts, creation of template tender documents and insights into the current market of tender opportunities in their new expanded field of expertise and services.
