      A medium-sized business offering clients help in developing their brand and maximising commercial opportunities.



      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?


      We were contacted by this Business Consultancy as their Client was tendering for a contract they were the incumbent for. The Consultant identified they did not have this expertise to help their client and therefore contacted us to provide specialist support.



      Services Provided – Meeting their needs


      We met with both the Consultant and their Client, gathering intelligence from their existing relationship and delivery with the Client.


      The Consultants have since asked for our advice and support with a number of other Clients going for tenders.  We have been able to offer our advice on bid-no-bid decisions and general contract management and compliance.


      This has resulted in us advising them not to proceed with a tender, as on reviewing the documents it became apparent they could only deliver half of the requirement and we felt the chances of success were very slim.



      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc


      The original Client was successful in retaining their contract and we have continued to provide advice and support to the business consultants.
