      About This Project

      Sector: Recruiting

      Size: 150 employees

      Client Description:

This client has a dynamic business involved in the provision of Nursing, Locums, Care and Admin Support staff to the public and private sector, to include NHS Hospitals, care homes and private hospitals.

Their business operates across the East and West Midlands and on a contract and ad-hoc recruitment basis.

Problems faced by client – Why did they need our help?

Without a dedicated bid team, the responsibility for the bid process fell to the Managing Director. The business found that tenders were often completed at the last minute, where possibilities of incomplete or less than perfect bids were being submitted. With the limited time available that this key executive had to apply his mind to the increasingly demanding tender process – it became apparent outside help was needed.

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

After an initial free bid consultation, it was determined that specific, operational support was required to support the M.D. This included Bid Writing, Bid Management and Bid Reviewing. Locating the most appropriate tender to pitch for was made easier by subscribing to the Bid Search service.

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc.

After careful evaluation of the mechanics and strategy for their bid process, we completed a total of 10 bids over 12 months. “Our success rate ballooned to around 80%, which is very pleasing. In the recruitment industry is exceptionally high”, says the client.
