    This dynamic small business – whilst still relatively young –  has grown from strength to strength through client referrals, networking and repeat business both locally and across the UK. It covers video content for events as well as creating marketing content and corporate promotional videos for organisations.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    With most of their work won through meetings, recommendations and informal proposals, there had been little need for a written document setting out a proposal for services to be used to formally pitch for or tender for work.

    A large potential client asked for a Proposal to be submitted for an upcoming event, and as no such document existed, we were bought in to support the company. We structured and wrote the proposal –  and in the process, created a template which could be used for future opportunities. The template was structured in a way that made bespoke alterations or additions more intuitive and easier to achieve.

    We led and managed a complete restructuring of their Review of Services, Case Studies and Cost Proposals within a flexible template format. The outcome reached or exceeded stringent and onerous customer expectations.

    More than simply creating their corporate sales and marketing governance, we have since helped this client elevate their proposal content onto an interactive online portal – enabling them to achieve this share their portfolio of work, which included embedded videos and show reels.
