    Our client has over 11 years of experience, providing healthy and nutritious school meals to pupils

    Their aim is to ensure healthy eating through provision of well-balanced meals, served in warm and welcoming environments, convenient for pupils and school needs. We ensure we offer tailor-made catering solutions, offering best possible service and value.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?


    As a small organisation made up of all operational staff the task of bid writing was left to the Managing Director.   Faced with insufficient time and large tender documents with around 30 quality questions the client contacted us for our help and experience.


    Services Provided – Meeting their needs


    We spent time with the client getting to know them, touring and familiarising ourselves with their facility, the company culture, approach, team and USP’s.  After this we were able to produce a comprehensive response document that the client could use in future bids, which would save him time and money whilst ensuring the highest quality submission.


    We have continued to support the client in now reviewing the documents and suggesting amends for each further bid submission.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc


    Over the last 18 months this Client has secured new contracts enabling the business to grow and expand, requiring a move to larger premises.
