      About This Project

      Size: Small

      Client Description:

A small family run Scaffolding Contractor in North London – with a lot of relevant experience of delivering works – this client are looking to expand their work volumes across the North of London.

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

The Office Manager for the client reached out to us in May 2020 to ask for help on a Local Authority Framework for Scaffolding Services. They had little experience completing tenders and as this was a 4 year contract for a key target client felt that it would be worth doing this properly and asking for some professional bid writing support.

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

We put together a schedule of information required to complete the Quality Questions and worked with the client to collate their input on all questions.

We then used this to go away and put together a first draft of all the responses. There were some areas the client had little existing information on so we supported them from scratch with specific policies and procedures. We sent a first draft through the client giving them plenty of time to review and check they were happy with everything we had done.

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

The client responded to the first draft stating “I had a look over the document and I think its perfect. I’ll go over it with the other Directors but thank we are all good to go as it is.”

Not only did we take the pressure and hassle of completing this tender away from the client, we secured them a place on the Framework and the content we supported on an be sued on future submissions – proving a very worthwhile investment on their part.
