Client Description:

Established in 1990 this family run business has been going for 25 years and offers clothing from over 40 manufacturers which includes work wear, school uniforms, sports kits, hoodies and more. Branded Promotional gifts are also part of the business, providing pens, bags, teddies, speakers, USBs and hundreds of other products.

 

The business is focused on customer service, long term relationships and quality products.

 

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

The Client came to us as a long standing Customer of theirs went through a restructure and the point of contact for our Client was changed which meant the relationship had to be reviewed and it was the perfect opportunity to communicate with the Purchasing/Marketing Manager why our Client was the best and most competitive at what they do. They required support in putting together a short Proposal Document which summarised the delivery history to date, approach, reminder of services and products available and information on new services and developments.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

We put together an eye catching Proposal using Power Point to aid in the design and layout whilst remaining within a budget. The content of which was tailored to the end Customer whilst also sharing more general information on our Client’s approach, other products and services as well as new offerings.

 

On instruction, we met with the Client the next morning, gathered the information and brief we required and wrote the document within an extremely tight deadline, which enabled our Client to send the Proposal off within a few days from initial request.

 

In addition to this, the Proposal has been used with sight adaptations for a number of business presentations and also as a Proposal Template for other opportunities. The service we provided to our Client therefore included a number of added value benefits.

 

Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

Since writing this Presentation we have started work with this Client on our Monthly Tender Search Service, finding them relevant contract opportunities through a daily scan and search of all Public Sector Data. Our work has also included setting up a Quality Management System within the business compliant with ISO 9001. We have carried out a full Business Gap Analysis with Report and are now working towards Certification in March 2017.
