Founded as a medical charter company to transport time critical donor organs Europe wide, and patients in need of treatment globally, they soon extended their services’ to Private Jet Charter, recognising the need for a private jet company, who could combine a trusted, discrete and dependable service with value.
Problems Faced by Client – Why they needed our help:
On identifying an opportunity to propose an Operational Partnership with another Company, it was recognised that a well thought out Proposal was required. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and it was imperative that the right impression was given.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs:
We were contacted to help develop a Proposal which could be presented to the Partner, setting out the Key Benefits, Operational Points and the Commercials. Our role was to ensure information and ideas from a number of contributors were coordinated and facilitated. This Proposal also included visuals for branding and marketing purposes, which we were able to put together for the Client, using an Associate Partner.
We worked closely with the Client to ensure the ‘sell’ they wanted was captured and presented in a professional, and engaging manner.
Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditations etc
Following on from this Proposal, commercial conversations have begun between the two Partners and we have also been asked to complete a number of other assignments for this Client on an ongoing supportive basis, including a Company Profile which is testament to how well we got to know the Client and getting the best information out of each contributor.
