      Based in the Middle East, this is a fast growing, top class IT consultancy company who have a deep understanding of the three corporate pillars – finance, business strategy and technology, coupled with extensive consulting experience across all industries, most specifically in large Government Organisations across the Globe. This gives them a huge competitive edge. They provide holistic solutions that transforms companies and organisation to help them achieve measurable results.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

       

      Faced with a number of business writing tasks Great Sands requested our support firstly in recreating and writing a general Proposal Document pitched at Government level which they could send to prospective Clients to introduce their Services, Specialisms and Experience. They’d used a number of documents previously which had been put together but not professionally and needed to adopt a more consistent approach.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

       

      Our first task was to fully review previous documents that had been created and sent out and establish the content requirements for this Proposal.

       

      By identifying the target market we could draw up a plan of content and write to those requirements. Unlike a Tender response this was a free-form document and we therefore had to come with a structure ourselves.

       

      From here we then wrote the content with input from the Client. The entire Project was conducted remotely from the UK, with the Client based in Dubai.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

      This is now used by the Company by their Sales and BD Teams. As a result of the first piece of work, we have now rewritten Case Studies and their Website Content – to ensure consistency across the different areas of communication.
