      Client Description:

      Our client is a medical technology company specialising in the provision of remote examinations via video consultations with GPs and pharmacists.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      The nature of their work is very government and NHS led, and this requires being part of varying supplier networks in order to comply with supply needs. These networks are online portal based and need stringent application processes completing in order to be accepted. Each one is different, and the portals are not the most intuitive at times.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      We were approached by the company as we had previously gained accreditation on similar networks by a member of staff who had worked with us at his previous job.  He recommended us as we had steered them through a difficult maze of compliance and knew that we could do the same again for this company with three different portals.

       

      After a lengthy kick-off call with the client, which involved sharing key documents, learning about their business and establishing which of the staff would be able to assist with specific questions, we went away and completed the portals with the information provided, tailoring the responses appropriately based on our experience with these portals.

       

      We liaised with various departments such as the financial and technology teams within the company to ensure that our responses were as clear and concise as possible. The nature of the product is very technology-driven, and it was important to get the spec right of the product as future buyers would be viewing this information on the portal to make a decision to buy.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

      The client was accepted on to each of the portals we applied for, which enabled them to establish big-ticket contracts with buyers who could only purchase through these portals.
