Our Client is a Logistics document management specialist. Their software provides a centralised way to run complex, distributed operations managing all types of documentation, paper and digital, across a range of devices.
Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?
Having known this client for some time through local networking groups, their Sales Manager approached us and asked that we help them with a tender that had come up for one of their existing contracts with a local Housing Association. After supporting them on this to renew the contract, they asked if we saw other opportunities for them and whether it would be worth them spending a bit of time looking into this source of new business.
Services Provided – Meeting their needs
We set them up on our Search Service shortly after this conversation and now help them monitor the market for relevant opportunities. As and when something comes up they are interested in, we register them on the portal and support them in making a decision to whether to proceed. Our role is to then support in completing the documents. Their submissions are usually very specification driven so contain a lot of technical requirements.

With some frustrating delays/cancellations to a few tenders we were delighted to receive a call from our client yesterday to confirm our latest submission with them had been successful and as a result they had secured both elements of the contract.
