      Client Description: Based in Luton, this client specialises in electrical and office facilities management works within a 30-mile radius of their head office. They are third-party approved by NICEIC, Constructionline, CHAS, and Acclaim.

       

      As an electrical contractor, they carry out a wide range of electrical services, including Electrical installation, Domestic and Commercial, Electric testing, PAT testing, Condition Reports, Data works, any other electrical works, Audio Visual Building Works, and CCTV Facilities Management.

       

      More recently, they have also diversified into other aspects of construction. These include Curtain Walling, Building Works, New Builds, Refurbs/conversions, Fencing, Fire Safety, Flooring, Heating, Kitchen and bathrooms, Scaffolding, Windows and Doors, Groundworks, and Bricklaying.

       

      Problems Faced By The Client – Why Did They Need Our Help?:

      The client approached us looking for support with applying for tenders from their local council.

       

      They came to us because they were struggling to find the time to complete tender responses in-house. They were also finding it difficult to navigate many of the portals, which were often complex and required technical responses. As such, the client needed support to utilise these portals effectively.

       

      The Services Provided – How We Met Their Needs:

      We were able to provide support and education to the client to enable them to use the portals effectively.

       

      In addition, to date we have completed 14 tenders for this client since 2019, and are proud to have achieved a 100% success rate over the last year alone. This has allowed them to boost their growth and revenue, and to achieve maximum results for the time invested in completing tenders.
