    This company are a leading authority in digital evidence and has over a decade of expertise in Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and Information Security. Established in 2002, they offer bespoke services to the legal sector, police forces, public sector authorities, regulatory bodies and corporate clients. Operating from multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, they have dedicated Civil and Criminal teams that are on standby to deploy anywhere in the world.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    Limited in-house knowledge regarding specialist legislation area for a specific Contract. Required input and research into the implications of this legislation to be able to write a response on how this was applicable to the service being Proposed.

    Using one of our specialist Associates we were able to provide input and advice on this legislation and how it can be applied in specific context. We also wrote the 1000 word response in relation to this requirement.


    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

    We have subsequently provided Bid Review Support on an additional Bid which resulted in a significant improvement within the Quality Score for the Client. Our Bid Review Service on this occasion gave the Client feedback on how to improve the responses which was then implemented by their in-house Bid Manager, so that lessons were learnt.
