    Client Description:

    A family run multi-disciplinary building contractor based in north London, who have been offering their clients a professional, flexible and friendly service since 2004.

    The client takes pride in offering bespoke solutions on a variety of projects in London and the South east, able to guarantee the quality of their service through a direct labour model managed by a team of highly experienced site and project managers.


    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

    The client felt confident in completing tenders but wanted support in ensuring the written quality elements were high scoring and up to the limits given as well as compliant.


    They were looking for someone to help with reviewing the work they completed and then during busy periods help complete the quality questions.


    The client was keen to keep a level of control over the process and wanted to continue to submit the final documents, therefore our role was just to submit final documents to them to submit.



    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

    We arranged a meeting at the clients head office where we met with a number of key stakeholders to get an understanding for the business and how we can support them.


    Our role is to respond to the client’s requests to either provide a compliance checking service or full writing depending on their capacity. We then support them in providing a final set of documents that the client will review and then submit.



    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

    We have successfully supported them with over 8 tenders in the past 18 months with varying levels of support and input.
