Client Description:

A non-Profit organisation representing small retailers and producers.

  

Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

We were contacted by this Organisation to support them in putting out a tender for a new Management Agent, as their existing contract was coming to an end.

 

This was an exercise that the Organisation were not capable of delivering internally and lacked the time to manage it.

 

Services Provided – Meeting their needs

The client briefed us on what the Management Agent would need to do so a Specification of Services could be written as well as questions to assess the capability of prospective suppliers.

 

We put together the whole tender process from creating an account on the portal, writing tender documents and assessment criteria, published the tender, responded to clarifications, collected all responses and conducted a full assessment.

 

On Completion an assessment summary with our scores and feedback was sent to the client, from this the top 3 suppliers were invited to tender. The Interview process was led by the Client. On selecting the successful supplier, we supported in the notification of all those unsuccessful and issuing contract documents to the successful supplier.

 

At this point we then handed over to the client to manage from that point forward.

 

 Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

We successfully completed the process for the client, with 8 supplier applications, 3 shortlisted for interview and a very high quality supplier appointed.
