      Client Description:

      Our client runs an HGV and Commercial Vehicle maintenance, repairs and MOT Testing Centre in Bedfordshire. They also have a plant repair, maintenance, testing and certification section. The business delivers to large organisations including Emergency Services and Councils.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

      With a very hands-on management team having extensive knowledge of the works they carry out and the ability to carry out the works on required on tenders, they lacked the time however, to actually sit down and complete the tenders. One of the Directors reached out to us and asked that we help them with a couple of large tenders for Frameworks. They could provide all of the technical information about their services, facilities and capabilities we just needed to turn it into compliant responses.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs

      We worked with the Client’s Director and Administration Team to put together plans for each Bid, collate information and write responses which aligned with the tender evaluation criteria.

      Every response was sent back to the client on completion for review and input, to ensure we had captured all of the technical detail correctly and that the responses sounded like the client.

      We coordinated the responses including submission and helped navigate some post submission clarification questions around pricing document changes.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

       We have completed three tenders for the client – two resulted in being awarded places on Frameworks with the third postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
