      Premier plumbing and heating specialists based in Milton Keynes and supporting Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Providing expert plumbers whether it be Domestic or Commercial having a team of industry experts with over 75 years of valuable experience we provide first class services to all our customers.

       

      Problems Faced by Client – Why they needed our help:
      The company started as just one man which soon expanded employing a range of Engineers and Administrative Support staff of engineers. They initially carried out mostly domestic work and were looking to expand into commercial contracts and public sector work including schools and Local Authority Housing.

       

      It was a big step up to move the business forward to be compliant with the requirements of these bigger tasks. They therefore required our assistance in becoming ‘Bid Fit’ with the tools in place to apply successfully for bigger contracts and win more work.

       

      Services Provided – Meeting their needs:
      We started out by mapping out the key accreditations and policies they were going to need to be able to apply for the Tenders. We worked with the company to build a suite of Policies and Procedures which were fit for purpose whilst easily adapted to suit different clients.

       

      Secondly, we helped in the compilation of information and evidence required to successfully complete the Constructionline and CHAS Accreditations. These are both intensive processes and involve a lot of document control and management. We have now also completed an Annual Renewal for both of these.

       

      Our work has enabled the company to increase their ability to win more tenders and cement a professional approach and reputation in the commercial sector.

       

      Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc.:
      We continue to work with the Company on further accreditations for the business to evidence their commitment to quality and long term improvements as well as identifying suitable Tender Opportunities for them to apply to.
