Katy specialises in helping Organisations with an overall strategic approach to improving their win rate by working with the rest of the Team at Bid & Tender Support to deliver results. She helps organisations to identify changes and improvements in the processes and procedures used by the Organisation and Bid Team. Katy has experience of working in-house in Bid Teams and prides herself in providing a personalised service to Clients, focusing on individual needs and ensuring business success is at the heart of everything we do. In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time in the great outdoors either our horse-riding, running, walking the dog, skiing or playing sport.

    Cat’s role as Bid & Project Coordinator means she is involved in a lot of behind the scenes organising, sorting, researching and writing to ensure the Bids we submit for Clients are relevant and compliant.  Prior to joining the Bid & Tender Support Team she worked in Customer Services for over 10 years, during her time she worked on a number of projects including changes to the companies route to market strategies with both UK and International customers, the planning phase of a new ERP system and driving improvements in processes to increase customer satisfaction. Cat is a thorough researcher and plans her work to ensure all content is considered and relevant to the application/bid in question. Cat loves spending her time outside of work with her family, going on adventures and making memories.

    Jane is a Bid Writer, her role involves researching, coordinating and writing bids for clients that are accurate, relevant and meet the tender requirements. She has worked as a research officer at Cranfield University, an editor at BSI, a self-employed proof reader, copy writer and events organiser, and has managed an environmental business network for 20+ years. She has a wealth of knowledge relating to compliance generally and particularly in relation to the environment and sustainability. She is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Jane also oversees our CSR and Sustainability initiatives as an organisation. Outside work, Jane is involved with several environmental groups and also likes to cook and make silver jewellery.

    Lizzie is responsible for assisting on our Bids, liaising with Clients and supporting the wider Bid team.  Lizzie has a background in project management, most recently as senior leader and project manager for a large international children’s charity, focusing on systems and procedure development, and change management. She also works as the office manager for the family construction business, ensuring accurate pricing, sourcing materials, and compliance to regulations.

    Lizzie loves spending her time outside of her work with her family, as well as volunteering in her local community.

    Rob has the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a project and have extensive experience of negotiating commercial positions within complex contract structures. His bidding experience has ranged from projects of over £400m to just a few £000 within the health, education, construction and public services sectors, including an excellent understanding of schools and NHS markets in particular, from both the private and public sector sides.

    Rob works alongside the Team at Bid & Tender Support to deliver Bid Writing Projects, conduct Bid Reviews and develop and deliver successful workshops and training courses in presentation skills and bid writing.
