    A small family run business providing Grounds maintenance services to both private and public sector including sports clubs, schools and councils.

     

     

    Problems Faced by Client – Why did they need our help?

     

    The client had been contacted by their local council to participate in a tender to supply grounds maintenance services around the local town.

     

    The client had not completed a tender submission before and contacted us looking for some support and guidance through this process.

     

     

    Services Provided – Meeting their needs

     

    We met with the client and reviewed the tender documents, agreeing the input we would require from them, how we would manage the process and support them in completing the work required.

     

    We set about producing a tender document with a fully formatted response template (which they could use again for future tenders) that covered all aspects of the requirements as well as providing information that would support the decision making process for the client.

     

     

    Outcome of our Work – Improved Win Rate, Gained Accreditation etc

     

    We were delighted to hear the client secured this piece of work and through our support we have given them the confidence and resources to tackle the next bid themselves (with maybe just a little help from us, just in case).
